brogues. So let me tell you a story...
It's been a while since I've been hunting for a specific item to add to my closet. This Winter, I got the urge to find the perfect pair of black flats. They had to be elegant, my feet weren't supposed to look gigantic in them and they had to be different. So when I saw these black beauties (I'm sorry, my sense of humor is terrible) at the new And Other Stories, in Gent I couldn't resist them.
It's been a year since I broke my ancle and leg thanks to my clumsiness. However, it changed my interest in shoes. Since I'm not able to walk on 9 centimeters heels anymore - not that I could ever run around on stiletto's like Carrie Bradshaw did - , I got obsessed with sneakers. From Reebok to Nike, New Balance and Adidas. So when I saw these classics - in pink! - on sale on Zalando, I had to make them part of my tiny sneaker collection. I immediately started imagining outfits with these trainers, which is a very important phenomenon when it comes to shoes. Ladies and gentlemen, it means I fell in love (again). With a pair of shoes.
